VIP Fit Club is committed to providing a safe, structured, and professional training environment. The following Membership Agreement, Policies, and Terms outline the rules, responsibilities, and conditions governing access to VIP Fit Club facilities and services.
By accessing the facility, becoming a member, or participating in any services, individuals agree to comply with all policies contained within this agreement.

This Agreement is executed electronically. Electronic signatures carry the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures.
1. Agreement to Terms
The undersigned (“Member,” “Participant,” or “Guest”) desires to access VIP Fit Club and agrees to be bound by all terms, policies, rules, waivers, and conditions contained in this Agreement.
These Terms apply to all individuals accessing VIP Fit Club, including:
Active members
Non-members
Guests
Drop-in visitors

2. Membership Eligibility
All members must be 18 years of age or older.
No minors are permitted inside the facility at any time.
Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared or assigned to another person.
3. Membership Term & Cancellation
Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise stated in writing.
Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle.
A thirty (30) day written notice is required to cancel membership.
Failure to submit proper cancellation notice will result in continued billing.
All payments are non-refundable.

4. Membership Structure
Memberships may be offered as:
Month-to-month memberships
Term memberships
Paid-in-full packages
Add-on services
All payments are due in advance of service access.
5. Payment Authorization
By enrolling, the Member authorizes VIP Fit Club to charge the payment method on file, including:
Credit card
Debit card
Electronic fund transfer (ACH/EFT)
This authorization includes recurring and one-time charges, including but not limited to:
Membership dues
Service or program fees
Key fob fees
Add-on services
Late fees
Replacement fees
This authorization remains in effect until membership is properly canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
If a payment is declined or fails:
VIP Fit Club may reattempt the charge
Facility access may be suspended
Updated payment information may be required
VIP Fit Club is not responsible for interruptions caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, or banking restrictions.
6. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Members agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting VIP Fit Club to resolve the matter in good faith.
If a chargeback is filed:
Membership access may be immediately suspended
The Member remains responsible for all valid charges
The Member agrees to reimburse VIP Fit Club for any chargeback fees or administrative costs
Filing a chargeback for a valid contractual charge constitutes breach of this Agreement.
VIP Fit Club reserves the right to pursue collection remedies for unpaid balances.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Membership fees
Service fees
Key fob fees
Sauna fees
Drop-in fees
8. Facility Access & Entry
VIP Fit Club uses Avigilon / Openpath secure mobile access for 24/7 entry.
Requirements:
iOS or Android smartphone
Bluetooth enabled
Location services enabled
App activation completed
Access credentials appear only when the user is physically near the entrance. Members may request a key fob for entry.
A $10 one-time fee will be charged. Lost or damaged key fobs may incur replacement fees. Mobile access remains the primary entry method. Failure to return a key fob upon cancellation may result in additional billing.
VIP Fit Club is not responsible for access issues caused by device settings, disabled permissions, or operating system updates.

9. Staffless Facility Notice
VIP Fit Club operates as a self-service fitness facility. Staff may not be present at all times. Members acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and must contact emergency services (911) when necessary.
10. Security & Unauthorized Access
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Door holding or tailgating
Sharing access credentials
Allowing unauthorized entry
Violations may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
11. Late Payments
Payments more than ten (10) days past due may incur a late fee of: 10% of the outstanding balance, OR $20 (whichever is greater)
12. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional pricing applies only for the specified promotional term. After the promotional period ends, membership renews at standard rates unless otherwise stated in writing.
13. Sauna Use & Drop-In Access
Sauna users, drop-in guests, and non-members must comply with all facility policies. Participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk. VIP Fit Club reserves the right to deny access for policy violations.
14. Assumption of Risk
Members acknowledge that physical exercise, sauna use, and training activities involve inherent risks including:
injury
illness
property damage
or death
Participation is voluntary, and the Member assumes all associated risks.
15. Release & Indemnification
Member agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify: VIP Fit Club, Amor Enterprises LLC its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates
from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation or presence at the facility.
16. Facility Rules
Members must follow all facility policies and maintain respectful use of equipment and shared spaces.
Members agree to:
Wear clean indoor training shoes only
Use headphones for all personal audio
Wipe down equipment after use and maintain cleanliness of the facility
Return all equipment to its designated location after use
Not move, relocate, or rearrange gym equipment from its intended placement without authorization
Use equipment only for its intended purpose and operate it safely
Refrain from slamming weight stacks, dropping dumbbells, or abusing equipment in a manner that may cause damage, excessive noise, or safety risks
Avoid intentional dropping or throwing of weights, except where equipment is specifically designed for such use
Not damage, tamper with, or misuse any facility equipment or property
Refrain from drugs, alcohol, vaping, or illegal substances inside the facility
Not conduct unauthorized coaching, personal training, commercial activity, or filming within the facility
Members are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional abuse.
VIP Fit Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for violations of facility rules.
Facility rules may be updated at any time.
17. 24/7 Access Terms
Members agree to:
Scan in for every visit
Never share access credentials
Maintain updated payment information
Access privileges may be revoked without refund for violations.
18. Suspension & Termination
VIP Fit Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:
Non-payment
Rule violations
Unsafe conduct
Chargeback disputes
Termination may occur without refund.
19. Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate contact information
All charges incurred under their account
Compliance with all facility policies
20. Policy Updates
VIP Fit Club reserves the right to update policies, pricing, and procedures at any time.
Continued facility use constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
21. SMS Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive SMS communications from VIP Fit Club regarding:
membership updates
facility notifications
promotions
account information

22. Photo & Media Release clause
By participating in VIP Fit Club programs, you grant VIP Fit Club permission to photograph, film, or record you during training sessions, events, or activities. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, or social media purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify VIP Fit Club in writing.
Optional stronger protection:
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or advertising copy.
23. Acceptance & Electronic Signature
By signing electronically, the Member certifies that they:
Have read and understood this Agreement
Agree to all terms and policies
Accept full responsibility for participation
