Attention Parents & Student-Athletes Over the course of this last year we have seen some amazing gains and transformations. Let's continue to position our student athletes for a strong athletic season by training on the off season. I personally invite you to join me, Colin Vega, Founder & Director of Fitness of VIP Fit club and my team July 5th -August 18th
Student athletes will have a baseline test and will be retested on incremental gains with a focus on correct form and execution. In addition, students will have access to a personalized training app to to track progress. This program offers the opportunity to train with a competitive athlete who will review proper techniques and advise students on making gains and the importance of tapering their training based on in & out of seasons
