He is a U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer and Certified Master Trainer, known for building structured, accountable training environments rooted in discipline and long-term development.
Colin is the creator of the highly successful Get Fit Boot Camp Program, a results-focused system designed to help individuals build strength, improve conditioning, and create sustainable lifestyle change.
Throughout his career, he has worked with athletes, adults, and teams across all fitness levels. He previously served as the Coordinator of Strength & Conditioning for Pal-Mac High School, where he developed structured training programs for student-athletes to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
