It’s VIP’s signature service and ONLY offered at VIP. This custom program was designed by Colin Vega and is a military inspired group personal training program where you’ll get the high energy, comradery, fun and challenging workouts.
Our specialized VIP workouts use a combination of Tabata & (HIIT) High-Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get you RESULTS!
Every Class is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and will be watching your form intensity and time all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.
Personalized attention is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level.

The bottom line is we specialize in fitness, physical transformations and have a deep passion for what we do. Many people are curious about the training that U.S. Armed forces go through but do not wish to enlist. Therefore, military boot camp is out of reach to many customers. At VIP, you will have easy access to boot camp training and will have a different experience from a typical gym. Colin Vega is a two tour combat veteran and has trained thousands of soldiers and civilians. One thing is for sure He’s a professional, knows how to deliver results and accomplish the mission. You will feel like you are part of a team and become bonded as a close-knit group that encourages you to maximize your fitness level and support and encourage other members of your team.
What is a typical Class at VIP?
No training day at VIP is the same. We like to change up your workout which prevents boredom and maximizes your workout goals and results. No repeat or routine workouts! You can expect a great warm up, proper demonstration of form, stretching, running, agility courses, circuit training, weight and strength training. We flip tires, smash them as well, push weighted sleds, swing combat ropes, do pull ups, dead lifts, squat and bench press… the list goes on.
When are your Boot Camp classes ?
We offer classes six days a week. Classes are as early as 530AM & late as 6:30PM. view complete schedule
What kind of people come to our classes?
People just like you! VIP is designed for all fitness levels: all different shapes and sizes and ages are warriors. You do not have to be an athlete or physically fit to start. We establish a baseline for you and set goals and monitor you throughout your time with us. We have a range of warriors, from those who have never worked out to those who are marathon runners. Everyone has a challenging personalized training program, has individualized goals and is pushed at his/her own level and potential.
What kind of results can I expect?
You will experience a range of healthy benefits such as weight loss, decrease in clothes size, reduction in body fat, increase in strength, abundance of confidence, team building and camaraderie with fellow warriors, perseverance of physical and mental challenges and realization of personal goals.
How soon will I see results?
Everyone is different with different types of bodies. Some can see improvements in performance in as little time as 1 week. Many see visual improvements in 3 weeks, depending on your effort level and maintaining a healthy diet. It is very common to see warriors lose weight and decrease in size when consistently attending boot camp.VIP Coaches will conduct weekly assessments and fitness tests to gauge fitness improvements. These tests will be recorded to show and document improvement and areas to improve on to maximize individual results.
What if I have a specific injury (i.e. bad knees or back) or can’t perform a certain exercise?
We will provide modified workouts that are personalized for you as alternatives to strengthen your body and still give you the most intense workout you can have.
What other benefits does VIP provide besides an intense workout?
You will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction from boot camp. Also, people who exercise regularly are happier, healthier and live longer. Exercise helps prevent heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, arthritis and cancer. Exercise has also proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and increase energy and stamina.
Will I be sore?
Most people feel some soreness after the first few days. It gets better as time goes on.
Will you yell at us?
Yes, Positive and encouraging words only. Never negative comments!! So Yes…there will be yelling involved, but only in a motivating and healthy manner. We don’t abuse, harass or degrade, just positive reinforcement and encouragement and some good jokes and fun.
What do I need to bring to boot camp?
You should bring water and a hand towel (if you sweat a lot). We recommend workout pants and t-shirt/tank and running/athletic shoes.
What about inclement weather?
Being in NY yes weather matters, but at VIP It doesn’t matter. It’s an indoor boot camp which is open all year round. ** Great news when we do have decent weather we take it outdoors as well.
